I embarked on my spiritual journey at a young age, my first interaction at age 14 with Bks Iyengar, shifted my life and consciousness and took me on a journey of self-discovery and truth.
Having lived in polar divisions of the world, Miami, Dubai, and Pune, I feel fortunate to be exposed to a wide variety of cultures and experiences.
My journey of writing includes many sacred moments with my Guru, weaving in a variety of healing modalities, as well as my journey with my growing family.
Each country has added to the richness and colors in my life.
Miami I continued my study of Painting and mixed media and completed an advanced degree from Miami international university.
It was a time of carefree days we enjoyed the Florida light and walks on Lincoln road with Bella my toy beige Chiwawa. The 6 years in Dubai. I cherish my friendships and memories as well as the softness of my girls growing up near the beach. In Pune, India I discovered Ayurveda, Buddhism, delved deep into inner growth work, and continued my practice of Iyengar yoga.
I founded my yoga wear which is an ongoing contribution to Bks Iyengar’s birthplace in Bellur India and the yoga community.
After my extensive travels and exploration. I am nested back in London with my husband and two daughters. Where I continue my journey of interpersonal and spiritual work that I continue to share
